Julio Dain is a composer, singer, pianist and guitar player. He was
born in Rio de Janeiro, where he learned to enjoy making music and
poetry. When he was 23 years old, he moved to Paris, France, where he
lived for 8 years and wrote most of his work – approximately 40 songs
and some instrumental pieces. In France he produced his first CD,
Outro Vento, released in Brazil in March 2008 by Biscoito Fino
Records. After returning to Rio, he was granted a sponsorship by
Petrobras, which allowed him to record his second CD, Apenas Humano, a work presently in progress.
